About Ursula
Sometimes it’s difficult to talk in sessions. However I welcome this and indeed use these silences to deepen the work. I also practice a nonverbal model of therapy called sand therapy in the session: a powerful way of freeing up the unconscious which both facilitates and enables free expression.
